Day 1: Arrive in Tanzania – Arusha – Best Tanzania Safari Packages
Arrived Tanzania- Kilimanjaro International Airport. We will be met at the airport to start the “Adventure of a Lifetime”. First, we will take you to Moivaro Lodge, situated on what is reputed to be the largest coffee estate in Tanzania, designed around the original plantation houses; it offers splendid views of Mt Meru, in extremely comfortable settings, and beautiful grounds. Dinner and a relaxing night depending upon flights.
Day 2: Arusha National Park – Best Tanzania Safari Packages
You will depart from Arusha Town in the morning with your private guide and travel to Arusha National Park, it’s only a short 40-minute drive from Arusha Town. Your day trip includes a visit to the Ngurdoto Crater which is well known as the “Little Ngorongoro”.
After a delicious picnic lunch, you will continue your Tanzania safari package within the Arusha National Park. After plenty of time observing the wildlife, you will return to Arusha where your safari ends. Day 3-4: Arusha to Tarangire National Park
In the morning you will start your safari with a drive to the Tarangire National Park. The park is roughly the size of Luxemburg and covers an area of about 2,600 km². Bush savannah, seasonal swamps, and giant baobab trees make up the landscape of this nature reserve and the park is probably one of the best places in East Africa to see elephants. Not only are there thousands, but they are also relatively accustomed to vehicles so you will be able to get really close to them. Apart from elephants, the park is also home to Masai giraffes, various gazelles, antelopes, buffaloes, lions, leopards, baboons, and more than 500 types of birds. After an extensive game drive (safari) you will leave the park in the evening and drive to the Kitela lodge for your overnight stay.

Day 5: Tarangire National park to Lake Natron
After breakfast, you will leave the area around Tarangire National Park and head to the multicultural village of MtowaMbu. From here you will travel on a spectacular and very bumpy gravel road along the Rift Valley Escarpment with Oldonyolengai “the holy mountain” of the Masai in the distance. Today’s destination is the typical Masai village of Ngaresero in the hot and dusty. Dinner and overnight at Lake-Natron-Tented-Camp. Dinner, breakfast, lunch
Day 6: full day to explore the area of Lake Natron
Full day to explore the area: Lake Natron (Flamingoes!), hike to a waterfall in a deep gorge, visit a Masai village, etc. If you are up to the challenge and a very strenuous climb, you can opt for a climb to the Oldonyolengai volcano. Later back to Lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 7: Lake Natron to Serengeti National Park
After an early start after breakfast, you will travel along adventurous dirt tracks with breath-taking views as your vehicle climbs out of the Rift Valley to reach the grassy plains of the Serengeti by midday. Serengeti means “endless plains” in the language of the Masai and you will see the grassland savannah stretching to the horizon. The Serengeti is the most famous park in Tanzania and it is home to the largest animal migration on the planet – hundreds of thousands of animals trek to find fresh grass and water. You will overnight at Lobo Wildlife Lodge. Dinner, breakfast, lunch.
Day 8-9: Full day game drive in Serengeti National park
The entire day is dedicated to game viewing in the Serengeti National Park. You will either go on a full day game drive or join early morning and afternoon drives in the Seronera area. Between December and May, huge herds of wildebeests and zebras will be seen, with calves and foals being born between January and March. The Seronera area is also the best place to spot the shy and nocturnal leopard. You will spend the night at Serengeti Kubukubu tented lodge. Dinner, breakfast, lunch.
Day 10: Serengeti National Park to Ngorongoro Conservation Area
The morning is set aside for another game drive in the Serengeti and you might spot some creatures that you haven’t seen yet. Animals tend to be more active in the morning before the temperatures soar around midday. After lunch, you will leave the plains of the Serengeti and travel to the highlands of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. You will overnight at Ngorongoro Wildlife Lodge directly on the Ngorongoro Crater’s edge with a view over the collapsed volcano. It is a perfect spot to enjoy a sundowner at sunset. Dinner, breakfast, lunch.
Day 11: Ngorongoro Crater to Lake Manyara escarpment
Rise and shine! It is up at daybreak to take on the steep path leading down into the 600 m deep crater. The slopes are forested but soon the landscape changes to savannah with the occasional acacia tree here and there. The wildlife in the crater is just breath-taking and with a little luck, you might see the “Big Five” – lion, elephant, buffalo, rhino, and leopard. You should also see warthogs, wildebeests, zebras, hippos, and some of the more than 500 bird species of the area. After an entire morning of game viewing and a picnic lunch in the crater, you will travel to Lake Manyara escarpment where you will overnight at Kitela Lodge. Dinner, breakfast, Lunch
Day 12: Lake Manyara to Arusha town

The park once became famous for tree-climbing lions and if you are lucky to spot them you will be amused by the site of these animals lounging on branches in the acacia trees. Day 13: Arusha-Kilimanjaro airport for your flight back home
