Day 0: Arrival in Tanzania
Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO). You will be met by your professional safari guide/driver who will transfer you to the Arusha hotel Venus Hotel http://venushotels.co.tz/ we booked for your dinner & overnight stay depending on your arrival date and time. After that, you will be briefed on the details regarding your safari adventure. If you arrived in the morning or late afternoon you will have a little walk at Arusha city tours to explore different activities and interacting with local people at local markets

Day 1: Drive to Kilimanjaro National Park Marangu Gate, Hike to Mandara Hut
After breakfast and briefing, drive to the Kilimanjaro National Park Gate (about 1 hour), register and commence the trek. Walk through the rainforest to the Mandara Huts. A side trip to Maundi Crater is a good way to see the surroundings including Northern Tanzania and Kenya. In the rainforest, look for towering Eucalyptus trees, birdlife, and Colobus monkeys during your 6days Kilimanjaro Trekking Package.

Day 2: Hike Mandara Hut to Horombo Hut
You leave the glades of the rain-forest and follow an ascending path on the open moorlands to the Horombo Huts. Views of Mawenzi and the summit of Kibo are amazing. Look for giant lobelias and groundsels. You may begin to feel the effects of the altitude.

Day 4: Hike Horombo Hut to Kibo Hut
Ascending, we now pass the last watering point, walking onto the saddle of Kilimanjaro between the peaks of Kibo and Mawenzi. Vegetation begins with upper heathland but then disappears into “moonscape”. Dinner, rest and prepare for the summit climb.

Day 5: Hike Kibo Hut to Summit, and down to Horombo Hut
Very early in the morning (midnight to 2 am), commence the climb to the summit on steep and heavy scree or snow up to Gilman’s point located on the crater rim. Continuing, we now ascend to Uhuru Peak, which is the highest point in Africa. There are unbelievable views at every turn. Have your picture taken at the summit to show your friends and family. From here we descend, stopping for lunch and a rest at Kibo before continuing on to the Horombo Huts.
The beginning of this climb is done in the dark and requires headlamps or flashlights. It will be very cold until you start descending, so you will need all of your warm layers. This is by far the most difficult part of the trek with many switchbacks. Going slowly “pole pole” and an optimistic attitude will get you there!

Day 6: Hike Horombo Hut to the trailhead, drive to Moshi
After breakfast, a steady descent takes us down through moorland to the Mandara Hut. Continue descending through a lush forest path to the National Park gate at Marangu. At lower elevations, it can be wet and muddy. Gaiters and trekking poles will help. Shorts and t-shirts will probably be plenty to wear (keep rain gear and warmer clothing handy).

Day 7: Arusha to Tarangire National Park
After early breakfast, proceed for a game drive at Tarangire National Park for your Tanzania Safari Tours with picnic lunches at Dinner and overnight at animal Kitela lodge. It’s the national park which herds of up to 300 elephants scrape the waterless river bed for alternative streams, while nomadic wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, impala, gazelle, hartebeest, and eland mass the decrease lagoons. Day 8: Tarangire to Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, we head towards the Serengeti National Park, via the beautiful high lying farmland of Karatu and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Leaving the highlands behind, we descend into the heart of wild Africa for your Tanzania Safari Tours – the Serengeti National Park – with its endless plains, rolling into the distance as far as the eye can see. We head to the Central Park area, known as the Seronera area, one of the richest wildlife habitats in the Park, featuring the Seronera River, which provides a valuable water source to this area and therefore attracts wildlife well representative of most of the Serengeti’s species. We arrive in time for lunch and enjoy an afternoon game drive in the Serengeti National Park. Dinner and overnight in the Katikati tented lodge

Day 9 & 10: Serengeti national park
Here you will have Tanzania Safari Tours game drive in Serengeti National Park for almost 2day full.  The biggest national park in the world continuous enjoying the natural features and beauty of the world, back for breakfast and relaxes; again proceed for a full day game drive with picnic lunches, Dinner, and overnight in the Katikati tented lodge

Day 11: Serengeti Plain to Ngorongoro Crater
After a relaxing morning and an early lunch, you will proceed to Ngorongoro. Today, you will be doing a Tanzania Safari Tours game viewing en-route during your way from Serengeti National Park to Ngorongoro Crater. You will be in Ngorongoro Crater late in the evening where the night will be spent on the crater rim. Dinner and overnight will be at Ngorongoro Wildlife lodge

Day 12: Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha
After breakfast, we depart for the descend down the crater for a 5-6hrs game drive. In the crater, you can able to view the big5. See buffalo, giraffe, zebra and many more species, all set against the stunning backdrop of the Great Rift Wall. After the game drive in Ngorongoro crater, our driver will take back to Venus Hotel  Arusha for overnight at the hotel we booked for you.

Day 13: Transfer to Airport (Arusha/Kilimanjaro airport)
After breakfast in the lodge, we will transfer you to take a flight back home this will be the end of your tour and safari holidays with us
