Details Itinerary

Day 1: Arusha – Ndutu Serengeti

Get picked up from the place of your stays in Arusha early in the morning, drive to South Serengeti through Ngorongoro Conservation Area, the total journey takes around 5hrs until you arrive at Ndutu. You start game drives immediately after entering the conservation area
to see includes; lions, leopards, cheetahs, elephants, the wildebeests in action, zebras and many more. Dinner and overnight at Ndutu Safari Lodge

Day 2-4 Great Migration Tracking – Ndutu

The entire days are dedicated to game viewing in the Southern Serengeti National Park. You will either go on a full day game drive or join early morning and afternoon drives in the Ndutu area. Between December and March, huge herds of wildebeests and zebras will be seen, with calves and foals being born between January and March. There is also a possibility to include a balloon flight in the morning. You will spend the night at Ndutu Safari Lodge. Dinner, breakfast, lunch

Day 5: Ngorongoro Crater and back to Arusha

Rise and shine! It is up at daybreak to take on the steep path leading down into the 600 m deep crater. The slopes are forested but soon the landscape changes to savannah with the occasional acacia tree here and there. The wildlife in the crater is just breath-taking and with a little luck, you might see the “Big Five” – lion, elephant, buffalo, rhino and leopard. You should also see warthogs, wildebeests, zebras, hippos and some of the more than 500 bird species of the area. Later drive back to Arusha for the night or inward flight back home.
