Day 1 Arrival-Arusha

Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro international airport. You will be met by our driver guide and transferred to Mt Meru Hotel overnight. If you arrived in the afternoon you will be able to have Arusha city tours late back to the hotel. Arusha Gran Melia Hotel.

8 Days Luxury Wildebeest Migration Safari. In the morning you will start your safari with a drive to the Tarangire National Park. The park is roughly the size of Luxemburg and covers an area of about 2,600 km². Bush savannah, seasonal swamps, and giant baobab trees make up the landscape of this nature reserve and the park is probably one of the best places in East Africa to see elephants. Apart from elephants, the park is also home to Masai giraffes, various gazelles, antelopes, buffaloes, lions, leopards, baboons, and more than 500 types of birds. After an extensive game drive (safari) you will leave the park in the afternoon and drive to the Kitela lodge for your overnight stay.

Day 3: Tarangire Area – Serengeti National Park

Serengeti Wildebeest Migration: After breakfast, you will travel from the Tarangire Area to the lush highlands where crops such as wheat, corn, and coffee are grown. Traveling through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area you might stop for a breathtaking view over the Ngorongoro Crater before you continue to the Serengeti National Park. Serengeti means “endless plains” in the language of the Masai and you will see the grassland savannah stretching to the horizon. Bizarre rock formations dot the grassy landscape where predators roam. Blue wildebeests, Thomson’s gazelles, zebras, and buffaloes are on the menu… Through the high and open roof of the safari vehicle, you will be able to enjoy the diversified habitats and landscapes of the park. Day 4-5 North Serengeti National Park

Day 8: Ngorongoro Crater back to Arusha

Today, you will have early breakfast and proceed directly to the crater floor for a 5-6hrs crater Tanzania safaris tour with picnic lunch down the crater whereby you will be able to see all the “Big Five”.
Later, you will proceed back to Arusha in the evening. Overnight at Arusha Gran Melia Hotel.

Day 9: Arusha Gran Melia Hotel to Airport.
