 Day 1 Arrival in Tanzania

 Pick up at the airport ready to start  14 Day Tanzania Safari Holidays with Beach Tour & Vacation | Class African honeymooner Safaris. Our safari guide will meet you at the airport and drive you to Gran Melia Hotel.

Day 2: Arusha – Arusha National Park

After breakfast, we will pick you up at your hotel and drive you to Arusha National Park for a full game drive with a delicious packed lunch box.  Where you will visit the best Tanzania Safari location begins.  It’s only a short 40-minute drive from Arusha Town.

Your day trip includes a visit to the Ngurdoto Crater which is well known as the “Little Ngorongoro”. After that in the evening you will return to Arusha for your dinner and overnight at the hotel we booked for your Gran Melia Hotel.

Day 3: Kilimanjaro Day Hike to Mandara Hut

Kilimanjaro day trip from Arusha: On the first day, you will have a 2-hour drive through Kilimanjaro in the morning, passing the semi-tropical foothills to the Marangu for your safari in Tanzania, the area situated on the south-eastern side of the mountain.

As you drive, there is usually some admirable view of the snow-capped peak of the mountain. On arrival at Marangu gate, you will meet your team of guides and porters, pick up any last-minute supplies for the trek, and head to the entrance of Mount Kilimanjaro National Park to register for the climb.

Mandara Hut is a collection of basic mountain huts with bunk beds where you inevitably meet up with fellow trekkers who are bent on the same goal. The Kilimanjaro trekking will take approximately 7 hours. Late in the evening,  back to Arusha and stay overnight at Gran Melia Hotel.

Day 4: Lake Manyara National Park

After your breakfast, and then we drive to Lake Manyara National Park for your Tanzania  Safari Vacations. This impressive National Park is one of Tanzania’s most dramatically located wildlife areas. Consisting of a massive but shallow soda lake (covering two-thirds of the park) at the foot of the Great Rift Valley Western escarpment.

The Park varied habitat attracts a wide variety of animals, including one of Africa’s largest concentrations of Elephants; Manyara is famous for a Tree-climbing lion, as well as large flocks of flamingos attracted by the algae in the lake. Dinner and overnight at the Kitela. or Maramboi tented or Ngorongoro farm house

Day 5: Tarangire National Park

After breakfast at the Hotel, your Tanzania safaris adventure begins, leaving early to the Tarangire National park around 8:30 am.

This is the third largest park in Tanzania and it is characterized by the amazingly large herds of elephants that can be encountered in this park.

The Baobab trees are one of the other highlights of Tarangire and the Tarangire River that flows all year round is the lifeblood of the park. Many animals; predators and the preys alike gather around the river where you can do excellent game viewing. Dinner & Overnight is at Kitela. or Maramboi tented or Ngorongoro farm house 

Day 6: Tarangire to Ngorongoro Crater

After a relaxing morning and an early breakfast at the lodge. You will have an early in the en-route game drive into Ngorongoro crater top destination where you can spot the Big5 if you are lucky enough.  Proceed directly to the crater floor for your tour with a picnic lunch down the crater whereby you will be able to see all the “Big Five”.
Later, you will proceed back to Ngorongoro Serena lodge  or Ngorongoro Melia in the evening for dinner and overnight.

Day 7: Ngorongoro to Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, you will start your Tanzania safaris head towards the Serengeti National Park, via the beautiful high lying farmland of Karatu and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area.  Leaving the highlands behind, we descend into the heart of wild Africa – the Serengeti National Park – with its endless plains, rolling into the distance as far as the eye can see.

We head to the Central Park area, known as the Seronera area, one of the richest wildlife habitats in the Park. Featuring the Seronera River, which provides a valuable water source to this area and therefore attracts wildlife well representative of most of the Serengeti’s species. Arrive in time for lunch at Nabi gate and enjoy the late 2hrs afternoon game drive in the Serengeti National Park. Dinner and overnight Kubu kubu tented lodge.

Day 8 – 9: Serengeti game drive

After breakfast, you will have a Northern Tanzania Safari game viewing at Serengeti National Park. The Serengeti, Tanzania’s largest National Park, covers nearly 6,000 square miles of grassland plains.

Central Serengeti’s Seronera Valley is a year-round game-viewing. With Savannah, kopjes, hills, woodlands, and River line forest systems serve as critical water sources. It’s often an excellent site for wildlife viewing.

Beyond the heralded migration of wildebeest and zebra, the Serengeti is best known for its big predators. Including cheetah and Leopard, as well as large pride of Lions and clans of Hyenas and many animals, dinner and overnight at  Kubu kubu tented lodge.

Day 10: Serengeti to Zanzibar

After a relaxing morning and an early lunch. You will have an early in the morning game drive in Serengeti National park for your later transfer to the Seronera airstrip( airport). Ready to your next destination Zanzibar for your beach holidays. Dinner and overnight at  Zanzibar Gran MeliaHotel.

Day 11: Prison Island

See the giant land tortoises of Prison Island, or Changuu Island, on a half-day trip from Zanzibar.  With time to swim, snorkel, and sunbathe. Just a 30-minute boat ride from Stone Town, Prison Island has a beautiful beach, clean water. And fascinating history as a yellow fever quarantine station. Both morning and afternoon departures to Prison Island are available, and the trip includes hotel transfers and all entrance fees.

12: Zanzibar Spice Day Tours

Dig into “Spice island’s” history and discover what made it an intersection of cultures, religions, and cuisines!

In the morning we will pick you up at your hotel anywhere in Zanzibar and take you to the world-famous spice farms. Along the way, you will learn about the rich history of the island.

Already ancient sailors reported islands full of scents, and Arab merchants travelled as early as the eighth century to Pemba and Unguja, the islands that make up Zanzibar, for spices. You will learn how the island got its nickname in the 15th century and learn about growing and harvesting spice plants.

You’ll find out why pepper and cloves were so valuable, and you’ll probably find out for the first time that nutmeg wrap is also a very special spice.

The queen of spices, cinnamon, has many healing properties in addition to its intoxicating aroma. To leave you in a frenzy, we won’t reveal all the spices you’ll smell, observe, touch, and taste. Later back to  Zanzibar  Gran Melia Hotel   for Dinner and overnight. 

Day 13: Jozani Forest Tours

Located in the center of Unguja Island, Jozani Forest is the only national park in Zanzibar and is famed as the home of the red colobus monkey. Only be found in this corner of Tanzania.

On a day trip to Jozani Forest from Zanzibar City.  You’ll be awed by exotic flora and fauna as you wander past thickets of Eucalyptus trees, and discover playful primates hanging overhead. Later back to  Zanzibar  Gran Melia Hotel   for Dinner and overnight. 

Day 14: Stone Town tours – Drop you to Airport 

Join this amazing walking tour of captivating stone town where a knowledgeable guide will take you via the narrow streets of the nineteen century old town. Remains unchanged to this day. Visit the highlights of this historical town including the House of Wonders. A palace constructed for the second Sultan of Zanzibar.  Sultan Palace, Arab Old Fort, Anglican Cathedral and the amazingly moving Slave Market. This tour offers a real insight into the culture and history of this exotic island.  Later drop you off to the airport depending on the flight time.
